Een blokkering op apple mail ongedaan maken.
Ik wens een scan , gemaakt met de 'app-genius scan- producent: the grizzlylabs' door te mailen. Dit lukt niet.
De producent geeft volgende tip:
If you are able to send an email from the Apple Mail app:
It means that your phone was configured by your company and has a restriction preventing other apps such as Genius Scan from sending emails. To disable this restriction, ask your IT department to disable the "PreventAppSheet" setting on the mail account configuration (you can even give them this link).
Tot wie moet ik mij wenden om deze 'restriction ' op te heffen. Kan enkel een servicepunt van apple dit oplossen?

Ik heb net genius scan app even getest, na het maken van een scan kan ik gewoon op de Deel-knop drukken en Email selecteren, zoals hier beschreven.
Heb je ooit Beperkingen ingesteld (iOS 11)?
Bij iOS 12 heet dat nu Schermtijd.
Instellingen > Schermtijd > Schermtijd inschakelen > Beperkingen voor materiaal en privacy.
